The Caddy's Edge reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We make every effort to accurately display the colors, finishes, and materials of our products. However, the actual colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and the natural variations in wood grain.
All custom orders require design proof approval before production begins. Once you approve your design proof, the order cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your proof carefully before approval.
Custom orders include personalized elements such as wood species selection, stain colors, paint patterns, engraving, and end cap choices. These orders are built specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Our Signature Collection products are pre-built and available for immediate shipment. These products may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, all sales are final.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. For US customers, prices will be quoted in US Dollars (USD).
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal through our secure payment processors Stripe and PayPal. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
Payment Timing: Full payment is required at the time of order for Canadian customers. US customers receive a quote and pay upon approval before production begins.
Taxes: Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial sales tax (GST, HST, PST, or QST) based on the shipping address. US customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement or quote approval.
No returns or refunds are accepted on custom orders once the design proof has been approved. All custom work is built specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold.
Signature Collection orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, all sales are final.
If you receive a product with defects in materials or workmanship, contact us at hello@thecaddysedge.com within 30 days of delivery. We will replace or repair the product at no charge.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care.
If we make an error in your order (wrong engraving, incorrect colors, wrong product), we will replace the item at no cost to you. Contact us immediately upon receiving your order if you notice any errors.
All content on thecaddysedge.com, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and images, is the property of The Caddy's Edge and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
Custom Designs: When you create a custom design using our Design Studio, you retain ownership of your specific design configuration. However, The Caddy's Edge retains the right to use photos and images of completed products for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and promotional materials.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.
The Caddy's Edge products are sold "as is" and we make no warranties beyond our 30-day defect warranty stated above.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Caddy's Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ontario courts.
